Respect people
Critique ideas, not people. No harassment, discrimination, threats, exploitation, or incitement. Participation is open to citizens, diaspora members, and contributors of different backgrounds.
Protect privacy
Do not share contact details, identification documents, private correspondence, or sensitive personal information. Supporting PDFs remain private to you and authorized editors.
Be transparent
Explain the problem and potential solution, cite sources, and disclose relevant interests. No fabricated evidence, impersonation, repetitive promotions, or spam.
Private review before publication
Submissions and comments are private until editors approve them and publication consent is provided. Editors may reject or remove harmful or unsupported content, and block abusive accounts. A contribution is never an official HAITI50 recommendation.
Appeals and concerns
Sign in to report a concern on a published contribution. If your contribution was rejected or removed, use Appeal this decision in My participation. Appeals are private and reviewed by the editorial team. No response deadline is promised.
Participation limits
Verified email is required. Accounts may submit up to five proposals and 25 total contributions in a rolling 24-hour period, and up to ten reports or appeals. Consultations close at their stated deadline.
